Vault127 T60 Project
Vault127 was created by Vrexa and her husband CJ for a Steam Festival Founded by the couple in Bethlehem PA. Together in partnership with Mantis 3D Printers, they created and developed a 3D Printed T60 Cosplay Armor. Then the couple and their son, Alex created their own Fallout Stage Background out of palets and corrugated steel.

Molding the Armor
For starters the team and their partners got together and wrapped Vrexa in saran wrap and duct tape to create a body wrap into a molded template for the 3D Printers.

Creating Object Points
Photos from different angles were taken of Vrexa for the computer to generate different points on the template for a better fit of the 3D Print.

3D Printing
Over 4 months of printing time took place and 20+ printers going everyday simultaneously to produce each piece of T60 Armor.

Engineering & Innovating
After the pieces were printed, CJ engineered the armor to fit comfortably form fitting but easy enough to remove.

Setting the Stage
CJ then began working on creating the frame for the stage background using palets, rusted corrugated steel, old wood, and drain covers.

Imperfect Perfection
We added wallpaper to cover the palets and plain wood and screws to divide the corrugated steel wall which created the imperfection we were looking for in a hand-made camp.

Interior Designing
After the stage engineering was completed, Vrexa took her Interior Designing skills and put them to work creating an immersive Fallout room.
T60 Complete

After the armor was printed, engineered, and painted and the stage was designed and connected, the end result was amazing for our first project.
